- Body types are not set in stone! I've simply named them for reference purposes. If you buy a design, you can change the body type to suit whatever it is you like.
Average height of Highlionds is 6' with the common range being 5' to 7', anything below or above that is considered a Rare trait with a max of 10' and a min of 3'. |
Face Shape
Generally the heads are bovine in structure, but with feline-like jowls and teeth. Sometimes the heads may be thinner and more resemble a deer's.
Chin Patch
Considered the focal point of attraction for Highlionds.
Rough and tough textured like a rhino's hide.
While bumping noses and grooming each other is just a generic form of affection, rubbing chin pads is considered more intimate!
Well-known form of torture/shame is to cut off a Highliond's chin patch, sort of akin to scalping.

Markings
Colors and markings are mostly unrestricted! Unnatural shapes and unnatural colors are totally okay.
Glowing markings, however, are considered Blessings.
Star-shaped markings are fine, but constellation markings are Locked.

Reproduction
If genitalia are your thing, they can have whatever genitalia you can imagine!
Highlionds are unisex and default to they/them. Everyone has the ability to carry a child, but the womb is not always "activated." A diet of extremely fatty foods will cause a Highliond's body to assume they're prepping for bearing a child and will "activate" to fulfill that need.
She and He pronouns do still exist! However, they're only used as personal identifiers on whether or not they desire to bear a child. Highlionds wishing to carry a child will introduce themselves with 'she' and those who don't will use 'he.' As a species, they've found this quite convenient for finding partners to start a family with.
However, if you like to project onto your characters (trans, heteronormative, etc), it's not uncommon for families to expect someone to bear a child. For struggles that could potentially be triggering to others, please refrain from making those explicit or make a side note that details can be dm'd. Thanks in advance for being considerate!
